Na podujatí  rýchlo a jednoducho spoznáte potenciálnych partnerov, s ktorými môžete nadviazať spoluprácu. Počas B2B časti podujatia budete mať 15 minút na diskusiu s vami vybraným potenciálnym partnerom, podľa časového harmonogramu.

Vo svojom profile môžete popísať, akú spoluprácu hľadáte a o akých témach by ste chceli rokovať s potenciálnymi obchodnými partnermi. Váš kooperačný profil bude viditeľný pre ostatných účastníkov na webovej stránke podujatia. Neváhajte a aktualizujte svoj profil kedykoľvek.

Venujte prosím pozornosť kvalitnému vyplneniu profilu, nakoľko bude zverejnený v katalógu účastníkov. 

Predbežné dohodnutie bilaterálnych B2B stretnutí

Približne týždeň pred podujatím môžete požiadať o bilaterálne stretnutia online a budete aj dostávať žiadosti o bilaterálne stretnutia. Je na vás, aby ste sa aktivizovali a identifikovali zodpovedajúcich partnerov. Upozorňujeme, že stretnutia, ktorých sa nechcete zúčastniť, musíte aktívne odmietnuť, inak sú naplánované automaticky.

Ako funguje rezervácia stretnutí:                                            

• Prihláste sa do svojho profilu
   • Na hornej lište kliknite na „Zoznam účastníkov“
   • Vykonajte výber partnerov a kliknite na vybranú spoločnosť (stlačte modré tlačítko "Podrobnosti")
   • Stlačte zelené tlačidlo „Požiadať o stretnutie“ a následne Vám stretnutie musí potvrdiť vyžiadaný účastník

Ako fungujú bilaterálne stretnutia:

Na matchmakingovom podujatí sa ľudia stretávajú a rokujú v zrýchlenom tempe. Bilaterálne stretnutia trvajú 15 minút, čo zvyčajne stačí na nadviazanie obchodných kontaktov. Potom vám časomerač ukáže, koľko času zostáva na vaše stretnutie.

Máte zaregistrovaný kooperačný profil, ktorý sa zobrazí na webovej stránke podujatia. Každý účastník si môže online vybrať stretnutia s inými účastníkmi, s ktorými by chcel osobne hovoriť. (Pozrite si informácie v časti „Ako funguje rezervácia stretnutí“). Pár dní pred podujatím budete mať časový harmonogram vo svojom profile, kde si ho môžete stiahnuť vo formáte PDF, s informáciou KOHO, KEDY a KDE stretnete.

At the event, you will quickly and easily meet potential partners with whom you can establish cooperation. During the B2B part of the event, you will have 15 minutes to discuss with your selected potential partner, according to the time schedule. 

In your profile, you can describe what kind of cooperation you are looking for and which topics you would like to negotiate with potential business partners. Your cooperation profile will be visible for other participants on the event web site. Please feel free to update your profile any time.

Please pay attention to fill in your profile in a high quality, as it will be published in the catalogue of participants.  

Pre-arranging bilateral B2B meetings

Approximately one week before the event you can request bilateral meetings on-line and will receive bilateral meeting requests. It is up to you to get active and identify matching partners. Please be aware: meetings you don´t wish to attend have to be refused actively, otherwise they are scheduled automatically.

How the booking of meetings works:

• Sign into your profile
• On the top bar, click on the "List of participants"
• Make your selection of partners and click on the selected company (press the blue button "Details“)
• Press the green button "Request a meeting" that will have to be confirmed by the requested participant

How do the bilateral meetings work?

At the matchmaking event, people meet and negotiate at high speed. Bilateral meetings take 15 minutes, which is usually enough to forge business connections. Then the timekeeper will show you how much time left for your meeting.

You are registered with a cooperation profile which will be displayed on the event web site. Each participant can online select meetings with other participants they would like to personally talk to. (See information in “How the booking of meetings works”). A few days before the event you will have the timeschedule in your profile, where you can download it in PDF format, showing WHO you will meet WHEN and WHERE.
